I’m Zachary Barrie — a communicator, problem-solver, and relationship-builder with a passion for helping people and systems work better together. Whether I’m coordinating with team members at Magna Seating as an HR Intern or guiding prospective students across the Kansas State University campus, my focus is always on creating clear communication, smooth operations, and strong human connections.
With a foundation in Communication Studies and a Business minor, I’ve developed sharp skills in public speaking, messaging, and collaborative leadership. My work across university offices and professional environments — including Parking Services, SHRM, and now Magna Seating (part of Magna International) — has given me hands-on experience in improving workflows, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to organizational development.
